This couple right here takes the cake. My all time favorite (sorry). They were flexible, go with the flow, and trusted us with their intimate moments. (This involved a hot tub after dark) They were so much fun to work with and I have already booked a trip to the beach to work with them again!
Fun fact: This couple rehired me to come to where they live at the beach for their reception/after party! We plan on going on a fishing trip together during our down time! Peep the groom’s green shirt.
One thing about us is that we LOVE to travel! If you’re considering an adventure for your big day, ask about our discounted bucket list of locations! We are passport ready and prepared to book a flight at any time!!
This gorgeous couple was married this year in Nashville, Tennessee! It was a beautiful private religious ceremony, in an absolutely stunning Catholic church and the ceremony was actually all in Spanish. We absolutely love immersing ourselves in different religions and cultures. We are always inclusive, and we are respectful of anyone’s personal preferences, sexuality, and religious and cultural beliefs! The only thing we ask is that you be happy to share these with us so we can learn more about you and help to make your special day exactly what you want!
Fun fact: I actually was hired to shoot video for this wedding, but I couldn’t resist getting some still shots from my videos because they were just such a great couple to work with. The REAL fun fact is they also had a dancing robot at their wedding reception! (Stay tuned for the video!) One more fun fact I just couldn’t resist sharing is that we moved locations between the ceremony and the reception and my team and I stopped to get ice cream on the way to the reception. (told y’all we were fun!)
These photos are very near and dear to my heart. I took a year off from photography during a difficult time in my life, and I promised my best friend I would come out of “retirement” and shoot her wedding. Even if I was 80 years old. Luckily, we didn’t have to wait that long. And I have photo evidence.
Fun fact: this is the place she and I would go when we were living together to get away and see the rolling hills of East Tennessee and spent many summer nights drinking and car camping, crying, pouring our hearts out on this mountain.
This couple went “on a hike” at one of their favorite spots on Lookout Mountain. Little did she know her boyfriend had hired me just days before to wait down on the cliff for them so he could propose. Psst, she said YES! Look at her gorgeous ring!
Fun fact: I almost fell off the cliff during this session and I have also hiked down this trail while 37 weeks pregnant….told you I was down for adventure!
I embarked on a solo adventure with just a single backpack, journeying to capture a wedding at the breathtaking Garden Of The Gods in Colorado! The experience was undeniably awe-inspiring, leaving me excited to revisit this picturesque location in the (hopefully very near) future.
Fun fact: this couple probably hired me because of my tattoos. We did engagement photos in Soddy Daisy, Tennessee and then they asked me to travel to Colorado for their wedding. It was my very first travel wedding and I was over the moon.
This wedding awoke my love for traveling, even as close as Gatlinburg, Tennessee. The scenery was amazing, the couple was absolutely gorgeous, and we had a perfect golden hour!
Fun fact: this venue has the steepest of driveways ever, to the point that our car almost stalled out going up it! But, we made it anyway.
The best part about your wedding day is that it’s ALL YOURS! If you want to jump in a lake once you’ve said your vows, by all means, I’m here for it!
This couple hired my from a facebook group for this particular lake (my boyfriends parents live on this lake) and I was absolutely ecstatic to shoot this. They picked me up via boat at the marina and we headed to an island on the lake and were given the most perfect golden hour/sunset to work with.
Fun fact: while we were there, two boats were in the water nearby. One brought a full sound system and DJ’d the whole elopement, and the other send someone to swim in shots for the newlyweds. This is my kind of adventure!
This couple had the most gorgeous lake front wedding, surrounded by many family and friends! They were the sweetest and every detail was meticulously planned and documented.
Fun fact: they told me I couldn’t jump in the lake after the wedding due to snapping turtles
The wedding above was an incredible intricate backyard elopement with very few guests. This bride truly outdid herself with the amount of DIY’s and details she put into this. Her wedding was what inspired me to up my flat lay game for detail shots!
